An Oasis of Tranquility
wide variety excellent activity botanical tour infinity pool view
The breakfast offered a wide variety. I found many options catering to different tastes. The on-site activities were excellent, including a mixology class where i prepared my own cocktails. I appreciated the botanical tour through the garden. Astana gave in-depth knowledge about plants, very helpful. The infinity pool provided amazing views of the surrounding jungle. It made for very relaxing afternoons.
I found that turn-down service did not always include complimentary chocolates, a minor detail i have come to expect at other similar resorts.

The resort sits amid lush tropical gardens. The surrounding landscape provided a serene escape. Trails around the hotel offered opportunities for nature walks. I enjoyed discovering different plant species during my walks.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit juices and pastries. The restaurant staff accommodated dietary requests efficiently. I enjoyed the local dishes the chefs prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Everything tasted fresh.

The room had daily replenished bottles of water. I appreciated the spacious bathroom, all clean. The bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows available. I found the balcony. relaxing

infinity pool swim-up bar activities selection
The resort has a long heated infinity pool with a swim-up bar, it's perfect. i enjoyed the activities and tours. So much is catered for. the staff is very nice, they made everything so special!
It was difficult to find readily available transportation outside the resort. It needed better planning.

Dining is diverse, with several restaurants serving fresh dishes. I especially loved the locally sourced ingredients and the variety of options offered throughout the day, it was so yummy!

a luxury retreat
fresh options jungle views
the breakfast buffet HAD an amazing array of fresh options. i especially liked the local fruit. the infinity pool provided fine jungle views, a VERY relaxing experience.
i do not believe this resort deserves the reviews. the customer service is not excellent and the facilities are not worth the price of a nightly stay in excess of aud $400 a night in most cases.
